Natural Skincare Ingredients For Dry Skin

Skincare for men has always been a mystery to me. My logic goes like this: “If it is not broke, don’t fix it!” However, despite how much logic I know about skincare products in general, I still got into some serious skincare problems simply because of my very stubborn nature. Lucky for me, I found a solution to my problem and here’s how it worked for me.

First, I learned one very important thing. Never apply your skincare products as thick as possible, regardless of which product you’re using. In fact, this is absolutely crucial. You want to spread out the amount of product on your face evenly, so that all of the product is getting equally good time in direct contact with your face (which is also sort of the core concept of skincare products – getting your face in direct touch with the elements to get better effects).

Second, I stopped using most of my skincare products and started using only 2 effective products: A benzoyl peroxide-base moisturizer and a retinoid (a vitamin A derivative). For several days, I kept my nose open and nose-cleansed by washing my face with warm water with the use of 2 cotton swabs. I also scrubbed my face twice per day with the “retinoids” (you can easily buy them from health food stores and drugstores). And, I made sure to keep my zinc supplements (for heart protection) at a balanced level in my diet.

Third, I stopped using all of my oily skincare products and started using all of my dry skin care products. I was amazed to see how much smoother my skin felt after only a few days. I no longer had those dry, flaky patches on my skin. I was delighted.

And last, but not least, I changed my routine of skin cleansing and moisturizing. I now make it a point to cleanse my face twice per day, once in the morning before my shower, and once at night before bedtime. I also use a nighttime moisturizer such as nighttime moisturizer or night lotion. When I did start using a nighttime moisturizer, I decided to use a nighttime serum of 35. After trying several formulas with no success, I finally found one that worked for me: the Revitol Serum SPF 35.

I hope you found this article helpful. In particular, I wanted to show you how I use skincare products to keep my dry skin from flaking and peeling. In general, natural skin care ingredients are less harmful than chemically formulated ones, because they are derived from living things. Niacinamide is a natural vitamin that keeps the skin soft, smooth, and less wrinkled. If you find a skincare product that contains this ingredient, make sure that it also includes other effective skincare ingredients like protein amino acid peptides, coenzyme Q10, natural vitamin E, and others.
